About
I am a businesswoman by conviction
For the last almost 40 years I have dedicated myself to what I am passionate about: managing companies.
My mission is to optimize businesses to be as profitable and sustainable as possible.
Making the right decisions at the right time is key to success in any business.
Who is Elizabeth Trallero?
Born in Barcelona, graduated in Economics and Master in Business Administration.
From a handy father and a Scottish mother, I have always moved between two cultures, managing to extract the best of each one to apply it to my work throughout my professional career.
I consider myself a leader by nature. I have almost 40 years of experience leading and managing industrial, consumer goods and services companies. I have worked for more than 10 years in Marketing in multinational companies, and the last 30 years in own and/or family companies.
Currently, I am the CEO of a group of family companies, including Congost Plastic , a leading Spanish company in the manufacture and distribution of industrial plastic products for maintenance.
During my long career, I have earned a reputation as a dynamic, results-oriented executive with special experience in Global Marketing and International Business.
All this has allowed me to be part of the Board of Directors of Mutua Universal, the Spanish Center for Plastics (CEP), the Spanish Association of Plastics Manufacturers (ANAIP), as well as the Council of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Barcelona.
Leading in Feminine
For many years I have been working to help the development of women in the professional field and to promote female leadership in the company.
I have a master's degree in Women's Studies from the University of Barcelona and have participated as a listener and speaker in countless conferences around the world on Women's Leadership.
Also, I am a member of the Board of Directors of AFAEMME, and a member of WOMENALIA, Women CEO, EWMD, IWF in Spain, and other national and international professional women's associations.

Business Counselor
My extensive experience in business management allows me to provide a strategic and transversal vision of different sectors that can be of great value to organizations and managers with management responsibilities.
As an Independent Director, I can provide an external point of view that helps the Boards of Directors to anticipate risks and take advantage of opportunities. Similarly, I feel qualified to supervise and defend the interests of shareholders who cannot form part of the Board.
My profile as a businesswoman makes it possible to increase the diversity of the Board and enrich it with a female professional perspective of the company.
Education is one of the most powerful tools a person can have.
I firmly believe in continuous learning and I enjoy sharing with others the knowledge that I have acquired throughout my professional career.
I have been a professor of "International Marketing" for more than 20 years at different universities and business schools in Barcelona, such as INSA Business, Marketing & Communication School, Universidad Europea, La Salle and ESADE among others.
I have also collaborated with different companies as a team trainer in soft skills such as leadership, management skills, motivation techniques, emotional intelligence, change management, time management, telecommuting, among others.
